Membership benefits and levels
Rica Hotels loyalty programme has three different levels; Blue, Silver and Gold. All new members begin on the Blue level. 15 nights qualifies for the Rica Silver card, and 35 nights qualifies for the Rica Gold card.
Rica Blue
With a Rica Blue card you begin earning points from the very first night.
With a Rica Blue card you will receive:
- 500 bonus points for every night spent at one of the Rica hotels in Norway and Sweden*
- 500 bonus points for every night spent at Arp-Hansen and Skeene House.
- special rates for rooms all weekdays
- a 20% discount at NSB in Norway (Norwegian State Railway company)
- 10% discount on selected rental rates at Avis Car Rentals in Norway and Europe
- a discount on sightseeing with Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB throughout Scandinavia
- the opportunity to book bonus nights via the Rica Service Centre, via e-mail: loyaltyprogramme@rica.no

Rica Silver
This card is awarded to frequent guests at Rica Hotels, i.e. those staying more than 15 nights a year. As a Rica Silver card holder you will receive, in addition to the benefits given to Rica Blue members:
- the chance to bring an additional guest with you at no extra cost from Sunday to Friday
- free access to the hotel's relaxation area (where such facilities are available)
- (a free newspaper which can be delivered directly to your room)
- guaranteed accommodation in case of late arrival up to 9.00 p.m. upon request
- late departure upon request
- a 50% discount on telephone calls made from the phone in your hotel room
- a 25% discount on the hotel restaurant's à la carte menu for up to 4 persons during your stay at the hotel *
- Bonus nights may be used by the immediate family and friends of the member
- Free work out at SATS in Norway when staying at a Rica Hotel**

Rica Gold
This card is for our most loyal customers, those who stay at Rica hotels more than 35 nights a year. As a Rica Gold card holder you will receive, in addition to the benefits given to Rica Blue and Silver customers:
- guaranteed accommodation if you book at least two days in advance*
- upgrading to the finest rooms in the room category you boo
- guaranteed rooms in case of late arrival
- the chance to bring an additional guest with you at no extra cost all week long
- free pay TV (one time per stay)
* With the exception of certain periods at certain hotels.
The price/room category can vary.
At destinations where there are more than one Rica Hotel you are guaranteed accommodation at one of the hotels.
Your Rica card cannot be combined with other loyalty programs such as SAS EuroBonus.
