Group menus and local food
During the last years Rica Hotels has focused on the food that tour groups are served and we have produced group menus for the tour market. In this way our clients are able to chose in advance the menus that will be served during the tour thus avoiding being served the same food during the tour. The menus are based on traditional Norwegian products and give the guests an experience of Norwegian food culture. Several of our hotels also offer Regional Specialties where there is an even greater focus on local Norwegian food specialities.
