Rica Nidelven Hotel has 30 full-time chefs, four confectioners and one baker, and has won the competition Twinings Best Breakfast in Norway seven consecutive years. In addition, the hotel has had one or more chefs in the championship final of culinary art representing Restaurant Nidelven every year since it opened. This competition gathers the 12 best chefs from the best restaurants in Norway, in addition to the gastronomic department in Stavanger. In this year's final, four chefs from Rica Nidelven Hotel were competing to become Norwegian champion in culinary arts!
